Imsonia attack.. =(

Well, despite a mere three and half hours of sleep yesterday, today has been good... after work I'm going home to re-try EVERY sleep remedy I can find (on top of the hundreds I've already tried). I WILL SLEEP!!! Damn I also got headache and backache!! Back massage please..?


I wish to sleep like a baby later on.. like this.. -->>

  1. don't smoke three hours before sleeping time and don't drink coffee, any caffeinated drinks. :D

  2. when i was in the night shift before, i also had sleeping problems... most of the time, nde ako makatulog when i need to sleep. Maybe effect yan ng kape or simply the irregularities of ur schedule.. ayos lang yan, time will come nman na kaht puro tulog ka buong araw, antok na antok ka pa din sa gabi. lols

  4. @ mariane, yeah.. that's what am I trying to do now.. Dina ko nagcocofi.. 3 days in a row na.. pero yosi? uhhmmm... wait pag iisipan ko pa..

    @ donna, naranasan ko nadin yun sinsabi mu na kahit buong araw ng tulog e antok padin sa gabi pero sa weekends lang yun.. T_T

    --Tama iba parin talaga pag gabi yung sleep.. huhuh..
